I have been going to bounce for YEARS when it was only just Janessa and I’ll say I always love my curls even more after visiting! Cant recommend this place enough

I must say, I was extremely FRUSTRATED in trying to find your shop. It made me late for my appointment and I don’t like being late. The building shows as 1600, NOT 1645. There was absolutely NO signage. I parked down the road in the rain on the street finally to walk in the rain and try to find your place after driving back and forth with my Google maps indicating “you have arrived”. We all know maps doesn’t always work right. Then I called the shop only to hear that you text only! It was awful. I almost just drove an hour back home, I was so upset. Then the text messages started rolling in after I called and sent a text. Only to enter the building and then STILL not see any signage. Thank goodness I heard a door open from above and the sweetest voice said, “Tammy?” If it wasn’t for Carly, I would’ve left. Because of Carly, poor thing had to listen to me, I was able to calm down. She was friggen AMAZING and I immediately loved her. She’s my new stylist now and I cannot wait to come back!!! My hair looks and feels fabulous, thanks to her. I cannot believe I am going to divorce my hairdresser of 29 years!!! Please get some signage. Everything I experienced was top notch! Tammy

As they say “Third time’s the charm”. This was my third curly hair salon that I have tried over the past 15 years & Tierrah was the only one who listened to what I said, cut, washed & explained all the products & how to style my hair & was the only stylist working on my hair. One salon I went to in the past had had 4-5 different people, one salon stuck me under a dryer & went & did other clients & every visit was all afternoon. My hair ant Bounce turned out great & (& I was done a bit early). I love it & I will be back. Worth the one hour drive for sure. 👍🏻

I had a really nice experience with Mariah! I booked a 1 hour session for a dry curly cut. I managed to spill my coffee twice and Mariah was incredibly gracious about that. She listened to what I wanted and cut the length slowly so I can get a good idea of how it will look. My only point of constructive criticism would be to consider shortening the service times. She probably only cut my hair for 40 minutes and I paid for 60 minutes.

This was my first time at bounce hair boutique and I have to say that I left the salon speechless and very happy. Kaylin was absolutely amazing. She made me feel very comfortable from the moment I stepped into the salon and sat on her chair. She was very knowledgeable of all the questions I was asking her and provided me with advice and suggestions for my hair. I was really thankful and happy to have her as my stylist and I will from now on continue coming back to her. The place itself is absolutely beautiful! I had my very first appointment at Bounce, and had the opportunity to have my hair cut done by Brianna. I decided to do quite a big chop and was feeling so nervous. All of my nerves immediately went away after meeting Brianna. She was welcoming, excited and knowledgeable about all things curly hair! Unfortunately I made a mistake while booking my services. I was looking to get colour correction and when I arrived my stylist informed me that she wouldn\'t be able to do that, especially because I only booked 2 hours and she wasn\'t comfortable with it. However, I already booked her time and I needed something done to my hair to look and feel better. I asked for a curly wash, which she did superbly!! She did a great job and I actually like the colour of my hair now that it\'s fully curly. Thank you!!!

Janessa is fantastic, so good that it’s a challenge to put into words! She dry cut my curly hair, conditioned, styled. I did not think my curls were capable of looking so healthy and frizz-free. she is incredibly knowledgeable and taught me SO much about how to care for my hair. The science, the what matters and what doesn’t. And her advice is so genuine - it’s not “buy all these products we sell”. Her sincere advice does not line her pockets. Her vibe and the vibe of the salon are amazing as well. Authentic, inclusive. Like, really, it may seem over-the-top, but she really makes you feel seen and valued far beyond a commercial transaction. The salon walks the talk. I can’t recommend enough! I’m bummed that I’ll only need to go a 2-3 times a year!

I was so nervous at my first appointment, that I asked for a LITTLE BIT of shaping, “not TOO much please”. When I left, I knew I had the right stylist, my curls were awesome! After some time, I realized I needed to remove more bulk, and this time with confidence walked in, leaving it to Tierrah. This was the best decision I could’ve possibly made. My curls have never looked better.

Did a pretty big change, went from mid shoulder blades to a Bob. Liked it after dry cut spritz looked wind blown, curls were a bit looser/relaxed then just washed like today. So my hair is about an inch shorter then pictured, still love it. Thanks Ashley.
